Description	:	The following provided by Find A Grave contributor Susan Sommars: Peter Gustave Lindblom was born 04 Jul 1892 in Wyndmere, North Dakota to Jonas and Elin Jönsson Lindblom. [AKA Gustave Peter Lindblom.] Peter’s parents and three older siblings migrated from Sweden to Wyndmere, North Dakota. Peter was the fifth of six children and when he was one year old, they moved to a farm in Hopewell Township, Richland County, North Dakota. The family homesteaded north of Wyndmere on the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in Homestead Township. By 1917 Peter was in Montana where he first farmed.... The family homesteaded north of Wyndmere on the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in Homestead Township. By 1917 Peter was in Montana where he first farmed. He had blue eyes, light hair and was of medium height and weight. On 07 Nov 1919, 26 year old Peter married 17 year old Lola Dorothea Gallmeyer in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Lola was born 1901 in Iowa, but by 1910 her family moved to Barney, a small town about 10 miles SE of the Lindblom ND homestead. Peter and Lola had three children. Madelaine Isabelle was born 1919 in Glasgow, Montana. Son Conrad Lindblom was born in March 1922, dying at 8 months of age in Nov 1922. Before 1925, the family moved from Glasgow to Great Falls, about 300 miles across Montana. A second daughter, Imogean “Gean” Claris Lindblom was born in 1925 in Great Falls. Through his life, Peter worked as a farmer, a teacher, but mostly as an auto mechanic. Between 1930 and 1935, Peter’s nephew Emil Lindblom (age 19-24) moved from the Lindblom ND home to Montana to join Peter. Emil later married, had children and remained in Montana all his life. Sometime between 1941 and 1947, Peter and Lola Lindblom were divorced. [Lola then married a man named Palmer and she died 28 Oct 1970 in Great Falls, age 69.] In 1962 Carl Johan Lindblom (age 76) moved from the North Dakota homestead to join his brother Peter in Montana. Carl remained there until his death in Montana in 1965. At age 73 Peter Lindblom died on 21 Jun 1966 in Great Falls, Montana and was buried in the Manchester Cemetery in Great Falls.
