Description	:	The Wolbach Messenger, July 27, 1972, page 2, transcribed by Linda Berney: Peterke Anna McDonald was born Sept. 20, 1892 at Arborville, Nebraska, the daughter of Frank and Meta (Taddinkin) Lucht. She moved with her parents in 1894 to Nance County. In 1904 the family moved to Howard County in the Cushing area. On April 2, 1913, she was united in marriage to Charles S. McDonald at St. Paul. The couple first resided on a farm near St. Paul before moving to Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Two years later, they returned to a farm in the Cushing area.... She moved with her parents in 1894 to Nance County. In 1904 the family moved to Howard County in the Cushing area. On April 2, 1913, she was united in marriage to Charles S. McDonald at St. Paul. The couple first resided on a farm near St. Paul before moving to Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Two years later, they returned to a farm in the Cushing area. Mr. McDonald died in June of 1967. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Women's Society of Christian Service both of St. Paul. She was also a member of Success Rebekah Lodge No. 215 of St. Paul. She passed from this life July 23, at the Howard County Hospital at the age of 79 years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Helen Larkowski of Jacksonville, Florida; two sons, Roland of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Lyle of Palo Alto, California; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Larsen of St. Paul. Preceding in death were her husband, two sons, Robert and an infant son and seven brothers.
