Just with the awakening of a new day she departed this life. Surely a most fitting time for a pure spirit to take its flight heavenward. After a long and busy life she died as she had lived - honored, trusted and loved. Disease did not destroy the charm of a kind, indulgent disposition, nor increasing age diminish the unselfish solicitude for her loved ones. The three daughters and four sons will remember her as a kind and devoted mother. The funeral services were held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in David City at 10 a.m. March 30; Raphael [Requiem] High Mass by Rev. Father Caraher, Rev. Father Hennessy and Rev. Father Zalud.
