A graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, he worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys. He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps and received two bronze stars and a silver star for his service during World War II. He was a life member of American Legion Post 323 and V.F.W. Post 9289, St. Marys. Services are at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, with the Rev. Anthony E. Cutcher, officiating.
