Phillip Feuerbach was born Jan.10,1842 in Echzell near Hessendarmstad, Germany, and died Oct.15,1916 age 74 years,9 months and 5 days.In 1853 he came with his parents to America, first settling a Johnstown,Pa., where they resided for two years and then moved to Walcott, Scott co.Iowa. Here in 1861 he was married to Margarita Dietz, and to this union 9 children were born, of whom are Charles, died in 1893 and 4 died in infancy. His wife, 4 children George, Herman and Mrs Charles Hennings of Keystone and Mrs Hans Roehick of Delmont S.D.One brother henry Feuerbacch of Walcott and Mrs Henry Moeller of Walcott survive to mourn his death. One brother John and a sister, Mrs M.Dittmer proceed him in death. in 1868 Mr Feuerbach removed to Benton Co and engaged in farming in Union townshiP till 1893 when he reired from farming and moved to Keystone where he continued to reside till his death. The funeral will be held this afternoon from the Turner Hall, the ceremonies being in charge of RevH Christiansen of Dysart, and interment will be at Keystone Cem. nea
