Casketbearers were two nephews, Nathan Ghiringhelli of Corning, Alvin Ghiringhelli of Napa, and four nephews by marriage, Adolph Camisa and Albert Camisa of Alameda, Jack Cosso of Lafayette, and Louis Cosso of Oakland. Many friends from the Bay area and throughout the valley attended the last rites. The Rosary was recited at the Hans Jensen Memorial Chapel Friday night at 8:30 o'clock. Mr. Ghiringhellii, 81, was a retired vinyardist. He was born in Caprono, Italy, coming to San Francisco in 1902 where he engaged in the bakery business. On October 21, 1908 in that city he married Miss Louisa Camisa. They moved to St. Helena in 1923 and Mr. Ghiringhelli operated a vineyard until 1955 when the land became the site of the Verde Vista subdivision. He was a member of the Catholic church. Besides his widow, he is survived by three sons, Charles, Rinaldo and Attilio Ghiringhelli all of St. Helena; grandchildren, Ellen, Nan, Gail, Ronald and James Ghiringhelli, Anita Crandall and Marcia Ronchetti, all of St. Helena, and Julia Rehe, of Santa Rosa; and three great-grandchildren, Karen and Dennis Rehe of Santa Rosa, and Clay Ghiringhelli of St. Helena. He also leaves a niece, Erma and a nephew, Raymond Quaglia, both of St. Helena. Contributor: Connie (47390019)
