Description	:	Plonia Regnerus, 62, of Sioux Center, died Sunday, December 1, in a hospital in Sioux City. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First Christian Reformed Church in Sioux Center. The Rev. John Hellinga and Dr. Peter Y. De Jong will officiate. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center, family visitation will be Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Vander Ploeg Chapel in Sioux Center. Mrs. Regnerus, the former Plonia Holtrop, was born May 2, 1923 in Middleburg, Ia. She married Bert Regnerus on July 21, 1944, at Dakota City. She was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church and the church's Ruth Circle. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Sioux Center. She is survived by her husband; three sons, Gary Dale of Orange City, Eddwaine of Sioux Center, and Frank H. of Sioux Center; and eight grandchildren. Sioux Center News 1985-12-04.
