Description	:	Priscolla Louise Haisley, 99,a long time Hagerstown resided,passed away on Tuesday, July 24,2012, in Hertiage House of Richmond, where she had resided since 2008. She was born in Wayne County on Oct. 7,1912, the daughter of Harrison C. "Harry" and Mary Myrtle (Rinehart) Parsons, had one sister and seven brothers, and was a life long resident of the area. She was a 1929 graduated of Hagerstown High School and married Phillip E. Haisley in June of 1935. She was born in Wayne County on Oct. 7,1912, the daughter of Harrison C. "Harry" and Mary Myrtle (Rinehart) Parsons, had one sister and seven brothers, and was a life long resident of the area. She was a 1929 graduated of Hagerstown High School and married Phillip E. Haisley in June of 1935. Priscella was a beautician in Hagerstown for many years bothy in a local barber shop and in her home. She was a life long member of Hagerstown First United Methodist Church and for many years was active in it programs. She also enjoyed needlework and was a devoted grandmother. Survivors include a son, Joseph (Judy) Haisley of Richmond;sever grandchildren, Rebecca Richards of North Manchester, David (Michelle) Haisley of Fort Wayne, Julie (Shawn) Anderson of South Whitley, Andrew (Dana) Haisley of Columbia City, Amy (Mike) Trueblood of Chadron,NE., John (Brittany) Haisley of Longmont,Co., and Jennifer Akers (Dan Blomquist) of Silvis,Il.;four step-grandchildren;10 great-grandchildren;8 step-great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren;nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, brothers, sister and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Philip M. (Janet) Haisley and a grandson, Christopher Haisley. Services will be at 12:00 noon on Monday,July 30, in Culberson Funeral Home,Rev. Rodney Frieden will officiated. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.
