Description	:	Francis "Frank" Anthony Boester was born on June 11, 1894 but his birth was not registered until August 1894 which has created controversy as to his exact birth. Frank attended Hicksville High School and joined the Army in support of WWI. He was discharged in 1919 and returned to his parents home in Hicksville. A family history from the mid 1970s indicates that Frank suffered from something called "Traveling Paralysis".
