Margaret's parents were John Hill, who was born in Pennsylvania on June 10, 1794 and died in Ohio on July 12, 1871, and Elizabeth (Ryan) Hill with an unknown birth date/place, who died on March 3, 1867 in Ohio. George and Margaret (Hill) Mills married, Ohio, 1848. They were in Lafayette Township in Allen County, Indiana by the 1850 census. They had eleven children - Robert B.
