Description	:	HEDRICK — Warren "Bill" Wiggins, 78, of 505 S. Main St., Hedrick, died at 10:20 a.m. Jan. 18, 2008 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He was born March 30, 1929 in Wapello County to Ray Oren and Anna Frances Sanchez Tereso Wiggins. He married Donna C. Breckenridge on May 20, 1950. After serving in the Army during the Korean Conflict, he farmed the family farm in Wapello County where he owned and operated a 25,000 chicken laying house. Main St., Hedrick, died at 10:20 a.m. Jan. 18, 2008 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He was born March 30, 1929 in Wapello County to Ray Oren and Anna Frances Sanchez Tereso Wiggins. Surviving is his wife; a daughter, Rose Anne (Jim) Mefford of Cedar; a son, Charles Wiggins of Yankton, SD; 8 grandchildren, Michael and Colt Mefford of Hedrick, Suzi (Andy) Sobaski of Ollie, Chris Mefford of Muscatine, Adam Wiggins of Oskaloosa, Anthony Wiggins of Ames, Shayn and Madalyn Wiggins of Ottumwa; four sisters, Doris Wimpsett of Mankato, MN, Frances (Marshall) Clossen of Maquoketa, Pearl Tygart of Fairfield and Marilyn (Delmar) Elder of Ottumwa; two brothers, Harold (Loretta) Wiggins of Ollie and Richard (Suzi) Wiggins of Sun Lakes, AZ. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Andrew Wiggins; three sisters, Naomi Schark, Gladys Estes and Fern Noe and a brother, Harlan Wiggins. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Carla Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Military services will be conducted by Arendt Bowlin Stubbs Post #83 of the American Legion. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m., Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m., Monday. A Masonic Service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
