Description	:	Ralph Boeyink passed away at his home in Sioux Center on Saturday evening, May 3, 1941 after a lingering illness of several months due to heart and kidney complications. He was sixty years of age. Mr. Boeyink was born in Alto, Wis. on Feb. 19, 1881 and in 1885 he came to Iowa with his parents settling on a farm near Sioux Center. Read More	Ralph Boeyink passed away at his home in Sioux Center on Saturday evening, May 3, 1941 after a lingering illness of several months due to heart and kidney complications. He was sixty years of age. Mr. Boeyink was born in Alto, Wis. on Feb. 19, 1881 and in 1885 he came to Iowa with his parents settling on a farm near Sioux Center. He was a farmer until the year of 1927 when he moved his family to town and became employed at the Farmers Lumber Yard where he worked until a few days before he passed away. In 1908 he was united in marriage to Agnes Muilenburg who with their seven children are left to mourn his departure. The children are Gary and Gladys, Mrs. Sam Bruinsma who are both married and Jake, Esther, Leona Joyce and Roberta at home. He also leaves nine grandchildren, 1 sister, Mrs. Will Klene of Hull and two brothers, Gerrit and John both of Sioux Center. He was preceded in death by a brother Henry and two sisters Mrs. H. K. Eggink and Henry Van Peursem. Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at the Central Ref. church with Rev. Brunsting officiating. Burial took place at the local cemetery. Sioux County Capital 1941-05-15.
