On Dec. 25, 1930, he married Norma Tyler in Greeley. He lived in Stoneham since 1910, and worked as a farmer and rancher. He was also known as "Downtown Dan," performing that role for merchants in Sterling for 25 years. He also played Santa Claus over the years, and was a lifelong entertainer. He was a member of Chapel of the Plains in Stoneham, the Colorado Cattlemen's Association, and the National Rifle Association. He also served as a deputy sheriff and justice of the peace in Stoneham. Mr. Bartram is survived by daughters Karen Dunning and Sharon Tappy, both of Stoneham; sons Gary Bartram, Loveland, and Barry Bartram, Greeley; sis ters Arlene Baggley, Fort Morgan, and Luella Willich, Thornton; nine grandchildren; 22 great- grandchildren; and four great- great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife Norma, on June 22, 1995; and sisters Edna Sandstedt, Elizabeth Holzworth, and Edith Reagan. Memorials may be made to the Ralph "Bud" Bartram memo rial fund.
