He is survived by three sons, William James Kissner and wife, Sue, Frederick, MD; Edward Eugene Kissner and wife, Nancy, Hiller, PA; Larry Everett Kissner and wife, Robyn, Friendsville; three daughters, Ruth Ann Manuel, Broad Run, VA; Patricia Rae Kisner and Jeanne Renai Meyers and husband, Michael, all of Friendsville; 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 943 Second Ave., Friendsville, on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Fred Younkin officiating.
