Burial will be in the St Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Beulah, North Dakota. Ralph was born Decemeber 16, 1943 at Linton, North Dakota, the son of Philip and Annie (Aberle) Vetter. On May 13, 1972 he married Jane Zent of Richardton, North Dakota. He was raised and educated at Linton, and was a graduate of St Anthony's High School there. He worked for United Building Center in Linton for one year after his graduation. He moved to Bismarck and worked for Jennings Lumber in Mandan until 1984. They moved and operated Vetter's True Value Hardware. In 1988, they moved to Lakota where he was employed by Robertson Lumber Company. In 1991 Ralph attended college at University of North Dakota Lake Region in Devils Lake. In 1992, they moved to Beulah where he was employed by Beulah Lumber and Lock Service until the time of his death. He was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church and a past Knights of Columbus member, Lions and Eagles. He is survived by his wife, mother and mother-in-law, two daughters and two sons as well as three sisters and three brothers. He was preceded in death by his father, Philip Vetter, and his father-in-law, Michael Zent.
