Description	:	Ramona K. Lande, age 48 of Yankton passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, Yankton. Funeral services will be 1:30 PM, Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Christ the King Lutheran Church with Rev. Dani Jo Ninke officiating. Burial will be in the Yankton Cemetery. Visitations will be from 5-9 PM, Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home and Crematory, Yankton with a 5:30 Prayer service. Ramona was born in Vermillion, SD on April 18, 1962 to Evelyn and Robert Johnson. She grew up in Vermillion. Ramona married David Lande on June 11, 1983 and together they had four children and made their home in Yankton, SD. She attended Mount Marty College, worked at Sunshine Café, Happy Jack, Gurneys, Chateau Restaurant and Poncho Villa. Her life was devoted to spending time with her friends and family. Her children and grandchildren were her entire life. Ramona will be greatly missed by her husband, David Lande (Yankton), her four children: Derrick Lande, Calvin Lande, Rhonda Lande and Reid Lande, all of Yankton, SD; five grandchildren: Haley, Ally, Zachari, Keely and Keely; her parents: Robert and Evelyn Johnson (Sioux Falls); siblings: Susan (Earl) Grandahl (Superior, WI), Lonnie (Patty) Johnson (Sioux Falls), Idalesta (Keith) Boyd (Sioux Falls), Robbie Johnson (Sioux Falls), many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Ida and Lester Gray, sister, Rhonda Jean, Uncle Melvin and Aunt Betty. A Special Thank You to Dr. Lori Hanson, 4th floor medical nurses that cared for Ramona so many times throughout the years. Also to those who helped her in so many ways throughout her long struggle with her illnesses
