Description	:	Reintje's first marriage was in 1875 with Mannes Voortman (Olst 1847 - Deventer 1892). Mrs. Anton Overweg died here last week after a protracted illness. Funeral services took place at the First Reformed church Saturday afternoon. She is survived by her husband and five grown children: Rev. John Voortman, of Middleburg, Evert Voortman, a farmer in this community, Mrs. Wm. Rensink, and Misses Gertie and Reka Voortman, the latter two being still at home. Deceased was one of the quiet mothers of the community, and her memory is cherished by her family and friends. Sioux County Herald 1911-04-12.
