SHOVER MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Reuben Allen Shover, 89, were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Goettsch Funeral home. Interment was in Oakwood cemetery. The Rev. W. Willis Longer officiated. Mr. Shover died at John McDonald hospital Friday after several months illness. He was born near Monticello April 10,1882, the son of John and Mary Jane Miller Shover. He is survived by a son, Howard of Manchester; three grandchildren; a brother, Thomas of Monticello and a sister, Mrs. Emma Thompson of Manchester. He was preceded in death by five brothers and a daughter, Mrs. Allen G. (Florence) Hart of Klamath Falls, Ore.
