Description	:	The Rev. Cecil S. McMillion, 78, of Kanawha City died Monday at Memorial Division, CAMC, after a sudden illness. McMillion was a Methodist minister for 42 years. A native of Greenbrier County, he first served Bellepoint Circuit in Summers County from 1937 to 1940. He also served the Lewisburg-Walkersville Circuit and Huntington (Md.) Emanuel. While serving Wesley Methodist Church at Vienna, he took on the responsibility of building a new church in Parkersburg. When he was pastor at Central United Methodist, Wesleyan awarded him an honorary doctorate. Surviving: wife, Peggy McMillion; sons, S. Argyle of Charleston, Ardeth L. of Bluefield, Va.; sisters, Alma Frey and Hilda McDowell, both of Lewisburg, Hazel Moore of Fort Washington, Md., Pinky Yates of Christiansburg, Va.; brothers, Calvin J. of Temple Hills, Md., Austin of Ronceverte; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Central United Methodist Church with the Rev. Chuck Pullins and the Rev. Lowell E. Keeney officiating.
