He was a member of Faith Mennonite Church in Newton.He is survived by his wife, Justena, of Schowalter Villa in Hesston; a daughter, Barbara Wilkens of Palo Alto, Calif.; a brother, Carl of Sun Lakes, Ariz.; a sister, Hester Busenitz of Whitewater; and two grandchildren.
