He resided and worked at Route 1, Hooper, Nebraska, and listed his nearest relative to be Harry Larson. The clerk noted that Richard was 5'10", weighed 165 lbs, and the 2nd finger on his left had a stiff joint and a scar. Richard went on to serve in the US Military. On June 2, 1949, he was married at Grace Lutheran Church in Hooper, Nebraska to Vernell H. Osterloh. The graveside service will be 10am, Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Hooper Cemetery.
