Description	:	WATERVILLE - Richard Romeo Breard went home to the Lord and to be reunited with the love of his life, Noella Rossignol, on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009. He was born in Waterville March 7, 1932, the son of Napoleon and Marie Anne (LaRochelle) Breard. He worked at the C.F. Hathaway Co. for 40 years. This is where he met and worked with Noella. He is survived by his brothers, Clement Breard and his wife, Jeannette, Francis Breard and his companion, Barbara Varney, and Leo Breard; stepdaughter Carole Pooler and her husband, Roger; his grandchildren, Valerie Giguere, Donald Giguere and his companion, Seth Knapp, Timothy Giguere and his wife, Althea, Kelley Cloutier and her husband, Dwayne, and their children Nicholas and Jayme Cloutier; nieces, Barbara LaCroix and her husband, Lucien, Valerie Wright and her husband, David; nephews, Mike Breard and his wife Jeanne, Raymond Breard and his wife, Brenda, David Breard and his wife, Becky, Paul Breard and his wife, Rhonda and Darryl Breard and his wife, Regina; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, at Notre Dame Church, 112 Silver St., Waterville. Burial will be in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Waterville.
