Robert Moser was born June 10, 1930 to Henry and Pauline (Fastnacht) Moser in Rose Hill Township, and was raised in Hand County. He married Ida Palmer, daughter of Calvin and Blanche (Porter) Palmer, June 14, 1951. They were parents of five children. Bud worked for various area farmers and road construction. Robert Moser was born June 10, 1930 to Henry and Pauline (Fastnacht) Moser in Rose Hill Township, and was raised in Hand County. He married Ida Palmer, daughter of Calvin and Blanche (Porter) Palmer, June 14, 1951. They were parents of five children. Bud worked for various area farmers and road construction. He and Ida purchased the Ponderosa Cafe and Lounge in Polo in 1988 and moved to Miller in 2003. His passions were his family, hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife Ida; children: Deb (Pat) Venjohn of Mesa, AZ, Henry (Deb) of Canton, SD, Vince (Lona) of Huron, SD, Bob (Lynette) of Rapid City, SD, and Mick (Tammy) of Gillette, WY. Eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren; two brothers: Richard (Ardessa) Moser of Miller, and Eldon (Norma) Moser of Ree Heights, SD.; two sisters: Elaine (Darrell) Peterman, Sherry (Larry) VanZee, both of Miller; and two sisters-in-law: Erma (Victor) Woodruff, of Wolsey, and Evelyn (Clarence) Moser of Seattle, WA; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Pauline, and two brothers, Leroy and Clarence. Funeral: November 18, 2005 - First United Methodist Church, Miller, SD. Officiating: Rev. David Andrews. Burial: Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements: Reck Funeral Home, Miller, SD.
