Description	:	Robert H. Brown, age 46, a well known farmer of Henry County was found dead in bed this morning, January 27, 1928, a victim of heart trouble. He died at the Ed Sage farm south of Mt. Pleasant, where he had been working for a short time. Mr. Brown, who until a few weeks ago was farming southeast of town, held a public sale, disposed of his stock and implements, and came to town where he lived until recently when he was employed by Mr. Sage. Brown, age 46, a well known farmer of Henry County was found dead in bed this morning, January 27, 1928, a victim of heart trouble. He died at the Ed Sage farm south of Mt. Pleasant, where he had been working for a short time. Mr. Brown, who until a few weeks ago was farming southeast of town, held a public sale, disposed of his stock and implements, and came to town where he lived until recently when he was employed by Mr. Sage. He retired Thursday evening shortly after the evening meal but about ten o'clock he got up and went outdoors for a short time. He then returned and retired for the night. This morning Mr. Sage called him and upon receiving no answer, entered Mr. Brown's room and discovered that he had passed away evidently some time before. Heart disease is given as the cause of his death. Mr. Brown leaves his widow, Daisy, who at present is living at the Colman home and four brothers, Elmer of Wapello, John W., Charles and George N., all of this vicinity. No children are left. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at two thirty at the Cedar Church and interment will be in the Cedar Cemetery. -- Mt. Pleasant News, January 27, 1928.
