Description	:	Lincoln Lowe CRISFIELD — Lincoln Lowe, 68, a former resident here, died yesterday in his home in Baltimore after about a two-year illness. He was a restaurant worker. He was born in Crisfield, the son of the late Frank and Hattie Parks Lowe, but had lived in Baltimore 18 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Thorne Lowe, four children, Robert Lowe, Austin Lowe and Kenneth Lowe, and Mrs. Rose Best, and 11 grandchildren. All live in Baltimore.
