Description	:	Robert Mullet Littrell, 71, died Friday at the Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, Hastings. Services were Monday at the Nelson Community United Church of Christ, Nelson, with the Rev. James Taylor officiating. Burial was in the Nelson Cemetery with military rites by the Nelson American Legion Post. Littrell, one of four children of Paul McFeeley and Hazel Ada Mullet Littrell, was born June 29, 1922, in Superior. Services were Monday at the Nelson Community United Church of Christ, Nelson, with the Rev. James Taylor officiating. Burial was in the Nelson Cemetery with military rites by the Nelson American Legion Post. Littrell, one of four children of Paul McFeeley and Hazel Ada Mullet Littrell, was born June 29, 1922, in Superior. He grew up in Nelson, attended Nelson Public Schools and the University of Nebraska for one year. He served his country during World War II in the Army Air Force. Littrell was united in marriage, Dec. 31, 1950, to Nellie Irene Janssen in Concordia. They lived their lives in Nelson except for a few years when he was in the insurance business. Before his retirement, he was owner and operator of Littrell's Inc., a petroleum transportation company. Littrell was a member of the United Church of Christ; Masonic Lodge, of which he was past master; Tehama Shrine, American Legion and the Nelson Cemetery Board. He had been a member of the Nelson Volunteer Fire Department, Boy Scout leader and school and draft boards. He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Dorothy Littrell Jensen. Survivors include his wife, Nellie, and mother, Hazel, both of Nelson; a son, Jon, and a daughter, Gail, Lincoln; two sisters, Mrs. Jim Dinkel (Virginia), Speedway, Ind., and Mrs. Max Rogers (Marian), Scottsbluff; and two granddaughters. Klawitter-Price Funeral Home, Nelson, was in charge of the arrangements. Superior Express June 30, 1994.
