Description	:	A rural Yankton man died from injuries he suffered in a one vehicle accident on a Yankton County road. Roger Cwach, 56, Yankton, was pronounced dead at the scene, after the 1989 Ford Aerostar van he was driving struck a tree shortly after 8:30 a.m. Thursday, the Yankton County Sheriff's Office reports. Roger Cwach, 56, Yankton, was pronounced dead at the scene, after the 1989 Ford Aerostar van he was driving struck a tree shortly after 8:30 a.m. Thursday, the Yankton County Sheriff's Office reports. Cwach, who was alone in the van at the time of the accident, apparently drove onto the wrong side of the road as he traveled north on 438th Avenue about two and a half miles north of Highway 50. The sheriff's report stated he traveled on the wrong side of the road before entering the west ditch and striking a tree head on. The accident was discovered a few minutes later by Yankton County Highway worker Tom Hunhoff. Funeral services are pending with the Kostel Funeral Home. Cwach, 56, Yankton, died Wednesday (Feb. 17, 1999) from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Yankton, with the Rev. Fodney Farke officiating. Burial is in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation is from 1-9 p.m. today (Friday) at the Kostel Funeral Home, Yankton, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Visitations will resume one hour prior to the service at the church.
