Born Rosa Niedens, Feb. 21, 1916, in Russell, she married Ben Dumler Sept. 6, 1936, in Milberger. She was a homemaker and lifetime resident of the area. Mrs. Dumler was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church and Dorcas Society in Hoisington. Survivors include her husband of the home; one son, Larry Dean of Dodge City; one daughter, Mrs. Albert (Verna) Maier of Great Bend; two brothers, Emanuel Niedens and Rudolph Niedens, both of Hoisington;... Born Rosa Niedens, Feb. 21, 1916, in Russell, she married Ben Dumler Sept. 6, 1936, in Milberger. She was a homemaker and lifetime resident of the area. Mrs. Dumler was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church and Dorcas Society in Hoisington. Survivors include her husband of the home; one son, Larry Dean of Dodge City; one daughter, Mrs. Albert (Verna) Maier of Great Bend; two brothers, Emanuel Niedens and Rudolph Niedens, both of Hoisington; one sister, Mrs. Ernest (Olinda) Wegele of Otis; and five grandchildren. Funeral was at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church with Rev. Garry Dassow officiating. Burial was in the Hoisington Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to charity of the donor's choice."
