On September 6,1927, she was united in marriage with John Caraher at Bayard. The couple farmed two miles north of Bayard throughout most of their lives. Her husband died on October 19, 1962. On September 6,1927, she was united in marriage with John Caraher at Bayard. The couple farmed two miles north of Bayard throughout most of their lives. Her husband died on October 19, 1962. Rosella entered the St. Anthony Nursing Home in Carroll during March of 1971. She died there on July 14, 1981, at the age of 88 years, two months, and 26 days. She was a member of St. Patrick's parish in Bayard and was active as a Catechism teacher and in the ladies' organizations. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Arthur and Harold Moylan; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Ragen and Sister Mary Canisia (Florence) and a son-in-law, Kenneth Bohenkamp. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Therese Ann Bohnenkamp of Remsen; a son, Joseph Caraher of Oregon; 10 grandsons; 5 greatgrandchildren, and one brother, Father Joseph Moylan of St. Louis, Mo. The rite of the Christian burial was prayed for Mrs. Caraher Friday, July 17, at St Patrick's Church in Bayard with the pastor, Rev. Fr. Richard Bergman, officiating. A Rosary was prayed in her memory Thursday evening. Interment was made in the Willow Township Cemetery and the casket was carried by grandsons. They were Michael, David, Larry, Jim, John, Tom and Todd Bohnenkamp.
