Description	:	Rosina Katherine Schultz Albers was born December 16, 1906, in Morgan Twp., Woodbury Co., Iowa, the daughter of Conrad and Elizabeth Bottjen Schultz. On February 19, 1930, she married Emil Albers in the Midway Parsonage. They farmed in the Midway area before moving into Battle Creek in 1967. Emil died January 17, 1990. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church at Midway and the Ladies Aid for over 60 years, also enjoyed quilting for world relief at the church. Read More	Rosina Katherine Schultz Albers was born December 16, 1906, in Morgan Twp., Woodbury Co., Iowa, the daughter of Conrad and Elizabeth Bottjen Schultz. On February 19, 1930, she married Emil Albers in the Midway Parsonage. They farmed in the Midway area before moving into Battle Creek in 1967. Emil died January 17, 1990. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church at Midway and the Ladies Aid for over 60 years, also enjoyed quilting for world relief at the church. She was a 4-H leader in Morgan Twp. for several years. Mrs. Albers died December 25, 1994, in Ida Grove, Iowa, at the age of 88 years. Services were held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Midway, with Rev. Herbert Biermann officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Christensen-Ciha Funeral Home. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Curtis (Arlene) Iversen and Mrs. Earl (Donna) Petersen, two sons, Norman Albers and Eldon and his wife Sharon Albers, eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mike (Eva) Albers. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Emil, two sisters, Hilda Albers and Helma Schmidt and a brother, Conrad Schultz Jr.
