Interment Catlett Cemetery, Catlett, Va. ------- Boy Riding Tricycle Hit By Auto Washington Post, Sept 17 1964, pg B2 A four-year-old Manassas boy was critically injured Tuesday night when a car struck him as he rode his tricycle. Roy Allen Bower of 226 W. Center St., Manassas, remained in critical condition yesterday at Fairfax Hospital with a skull fracture and a fractured left leg. Police said the child was riding his tricycle down a steep driveway and ran into the street near his home where he was hit by a station wagon. Police identified the driver as Donald R. Libeau, 20, of Manassas. No charges were placed against him.
