On Dec. 2, 1913, he married Anna Cichon at Glasgow and in 1936 they came to Yellowstone county. Surviving are his widow; two sons, Leroy, who lives at home, and Private First Class William Axtell, with the army at Camp McCoy, Wis.; two daughters, Mary, who lives at home, and Mrs. Rienhold Kober, east of Billings; one brother, Archie, of Los Angeles, Cal., and one grandson.
