He was a son of the late Norris and Fannie Ebaugh Taylor and was a member of Carrollton Church of God. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 2 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, Westminster. His pastor, the Rev. David L. Ring, officiated. Burial was in Carrollton Church of God Cemetery.
