Description	:	LINDER, ROY—Roy Linder, son of John and Hermina (Seitz) Linder, was born March 1, 1907, at Sutton, Neb., and left this life August 4, 1973, at the age of 66 years, 5 months and 3 days. He lived with his parents on a farm near Sutton. He married Frances Schupbach, August 27, 1937, at Belleville, Kas. Read More	LINDER, ROY—Roy Linder, son of John and Hermina (Seitz) Linder, was born March 1, 1907, at Sutton, Neb., and left this life August 4, 1973, at the age of 66 years, 5 months and 3 days. He lived with his parents on a farm near Sutton. He married Frances Schupbach, August 27, 1937, at Belleville, Kas. To this union one daughter, Ramona Kay, and three sons, Delfs LeRoy, Benne Dean and Leland R’Del, were born. They lived most of their married life in Geneva. He was a painter and paper hanger and he and his wife operated Fran’s Café. Survivors include his wife, Frances, sons Delfs of Lincoln, Benne of San Diego, Cal., and Leland of Geneva, three daughters-in-law, six grandsons, two brothers, Harry of Eugene Ore, and Arnold of Alexandria; five sisters, Mrs. Dora Mitchell of Lucerne, Cal.; Mrs. Alice Maser of Oakland, Cal.; Mrs. Lillie Ochsner of York; Mrs. Mabel Yost of Omaha and Mrs. Florence Bender of Napa, Cal. Preceding him in death were his daughter, parents, two brothers and two sisters, and one granddaughter. He was a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather, and will be missed dearly by everyone who knew and loved him. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 7, 1973, from the United Methodist church, Geneva, with Rev. John E. Stayton officiating. Mrs. Robert Stoldorf sang “Beyond the Sunset” and “Old Rugged Cross” accompanied by Mrs. Norval Lomax. Active pallbearers were Wayne Chapman, Bill Jacque, Melvin Blanke, Jack Lechtenberger, Wayne Fowler and Forrest White. Honorary pallbearers were Roland Hogue, Fred Fisher, Murray Holmes, Danny Marson, Earl Jacox, Alvin Rizer and Leon Walker. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery.
