She was born on June 19, 1911, the daughter of Arthur B. and Bessie Werner Kohlmyer in Kurtsville, Mo. As a baby, she moved with her family north of Myers where her parents homesteaded. Read More	Miles City Star, Miles City, MT 05/12/2005 Ruby June Kohlmyer Nipple Cook, 93, of Forsyth died May 7, 2005, at the Rosebud Health Care Center nursing home. She was born on June 19, 1911, the daughter of Arthur B. and Bessie Werner Kohlmyer in Kurtsville, Mo. As a baby, she moved with her family north of Myers where her parents homesteaded. The family later moved to Reservation Creek. On Nov. 4, 1926, she was united in marriage to Arthur Nipple. Together they made their home in the Howard Valley where they farmed. To this union their three children were born. On Sept. 17, 1974, Mr. Nipple died. She later married Harold Cook on Feb. 14, 1983. They spent their time living on her farm as well as their home in Camos Hot Springs. Mr. Cook died on Oct. 6, 1990. She enjoyed crocheting, traveling and cars. Most of all, she loved and enjoyed her children and grandchildren. Her survivors include her two sons, Roy Nipple, and his wife, Mary Mae, of Forsyth and Wayne Nipple of Hardin; one daughter, Virginia Quinlan, and her husband, Don; nine grandchildren, Stanley Nipple, and his wife, Lona, of Adams Ore., Linda Tadsen, and her husband, Walt, of Forsyth, Shelly Driskall, and her husband, Joe, of Manhattan, Allen W. Nipple of Sheridan, Wyo., Judy Maseman of Big Fork, Dean Nipple of Belgrade, Ed Quinlan, and his wife, Gladys, of Miles City, Gary Quinlan, and his wife, Clenora, of Forsyth, and Richard Quinlan, and his wife, Wanda of Miles City; 12 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She also is survived by her sister-in-law, Bonnie Kohlmyer of Shoreline, Wash. In addition to her husbands, Arthur and Harold, she was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Leon and Gerald Kohlmyer; two sisters, Zella Schenk and Mildred Schantz; her daughter-in-law, Betty Tucker Nipple; and two brothers-in-law, Max Schenk and Jim Schantz. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 11, 2005, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home in Forsyth. Burial will be in the Forsyth cemetery. Memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice.
