Mrs Einspahr was born Feb 10, 1921 to Peter and Neva (Graham) Knight in Hildreth. She was baptized. She grew up in the Hildreth area. On Nov 20, 1938, she married Carl Edmund Einspahr at Trinity Lutheran Church south of Campbell. They moved to Dover, Ark., in 1948 and to the Holstein area in 1950. In 1957, they moved in Minden and they operated cafes in the area for several years. She later worked for the Kearney County Community Hospital in the dietary department for more than 11 years. She retired in 1987. Her husband died in 1985. She was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church. Survivors are three daughters Loreata Podewitz of Heartwell, Althea Steff of Kenesaw and Marie Nelson of Minden; one son, Charles of Hastings; two half sisters, Velma Meyer of Campbell and Lucille Hartley of Engelwood, Colo.; seven grandchildren; three step grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren.
