Description	:	OBITUARY Russell B. Layman, Sr, 71, affectionately known to everyone as "Mose", of Bayard, WV, died Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at home. Born December 31, 1944, in Bayard, he was the son of the late Charles Fredrick and Clarice Lucille (Willis) Layman. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Jean Layman and Izetta Sue Lewis; a brother, Carl Fredrick Layman. Storm, WV; four brothers, Bob Layman and wife, Sue, Richland, MO; Dick Layman and wife, Sue, Gormania, WV: Randy Layman, Bayard; Stanley Layman, Gormania, WV; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 1100 Memorial Dr., Oakland, MD, on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, December, 24, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Samuel Moon officiating. Interment will be in Bayard Cemetery, Bayard.
