Read More	Humboldt Union Dec. 21, 1895 pg. 2 Died. Ruth M. Moss, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Tibbetts, died on Friday morning, Dec. 13th, in the 28th year of her age. The deceased was married May 26, 1895, to Mr. Henry Moss, of Colorado, and they went immediately to that state to make their home, but the mountain air was too severe on her and she soon sickened and Mr. Moss brought her back to Kansas, hoping the bright sunshine and warmth would benefit her, but that dreaded disease, consumption, had too strong a hold, and she gradually weakened until the imprisoned spirit broke the cord that bound it to earth and silently went "to that bourne from whence no traveler returns." During all her illness her faithful and loving husband was by her side, doing all in his power to save the life so precious to him. Her parents, sisters and friends did all that could be done, but it availed nothing. Mrs. Moss lived here all her life and was well and favorable known by a large circle of friends, who will deeply mourn her untimely end. The funeral services took place at the residence of her parents in this city Sunday Dec. 15th, at 10 a.m. and was attended by a large number of friends. Rev. Goodhue conducted the services in an impressive manner, after which the remains were laid to rest in Mr. Hope cemetery. We desire to return our sincere and heart felt thanks to all of our dear friends who so kindly assisted us during the sickness and death of our dear Ruth. Henry Moss, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Tibbetts and family, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jay, Mr. and Mrs. James Heryford.
