Read More	Marie Decker, 94, Wichita, died Nov. 6, 1999, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She was born Oct. 10, 1905, in Barnard, Mo., the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Jane Moore Giffin. She attended Cola Hill School near Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School in 1926. At the age of 17, she began her employment with Seymour Packing which later became Farmer's Produce in Burlington. She continued to work until the mid 1950's. In 1956, she moved to Wichita, where she was employed in the alterations department at Henry's Clothing until her retirement. She had been a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Burlington. Marie was married to Arthur Thomas Decker on Aug. 24, 1927, in Emporia; they were later divorced. She was preceded in death by a son, Edward Lee Decker; an infant son; and a grandson, Edward Lee Decker. Survivors include a daughter, Artis Knowles, Wichita; three sons, Robert Decker, Burlington, Paul Decker, Coffeyville, and Roy Decker, Littleton, Colo.; a sister, Mildred Wisley, Burlington; 23 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren.
