Neiderbipp is a municipality of Oberaargau administrative district of the canton of Bern, Switzerland. The Findagrave birth location is not correct and doesn't have Neiderbipp, Bern, Switzerland even though Google does. Samuel immigrated to the USA in 1879. His surname was spelled Haudenschield in the 1910 USA census. It has always been no "e" . Sam was well known in the Terrace and Prince Rupert BC area for his potatoes, Strawberries and his baskets he wove. A pioneer of three countries. Three boys all named Sam died as infants in the USA in Kansas or Texas . Possibly Samuel was their name, I haven't found records for their births. The information was given by a person doing the Familysearch.org world tree. Sam and Elisa (Alice) immigrated from Switzerland in 1879 landing in New York.
