Description	:	THE FREMONT COUNTY HERALD January 21, 1910 "OBITUARY OF SAMUEL PAGE" -- Samuel Page was born at Springfield, Va., June 4, 1832, and came to Iowa in 1859. He was married April 12, 1860 to Sarah Ranck at Decatur City, Iowa, and to this union were born two daughters and three sons, two of the latter having died in infancy. The others, Mrs. T. R. Travis of Sidney, Mrs. W. S. Chandler of Grand Junction, Colo., and T. R. Page of Hamburg, survive. Mr. Page moved to Hamburg December 16, 1874, where he continuosly resided until his death which occurred Tuesday, January 12. Deceased united with the Methodist church at Decatur City, when quite a young man under the pastorate of Rev. Anderson. The faithful wife in whose companionship for more than 50 years deceased had traveled life's highway toward the setting sun is left to mourn the loss of a kind and indulgent husband, awaiting the summons to join her earthly lover on the other shore where death enters not ,where there shall be no more parting, neither is there sin nor suffering.
