Sarah Woolsey Lawson, wife of Mr. H. W. Lawson. Funeral services that afternoon were held in the Methodist Church and conducted by Rev. Dr. Bays, assisted by Rev. Dr. Wilson. After the services at the church, a large number of sorrowing friends and relatives followed the departed to her last resting place, and as the sun sank behind the western hills placed her mortal remains in the lap of mother earth, there to sleep sweetly... Sarah Woolsey Lawson, wife of Mr. H. W. Lawson. Funeral services that afternoon were held in the Methodist Church and conducted by Rev. Dr. Bays, assisted by Rev. Dr. Wilson. After the services at the church, a large number of sorrowing friends and relatives followed the departed to her last resting place, and as the sun sank behind the western hills placed her mortal remains in the lap of mother earth, there to sleep sweetly until the summons comes, then to join the host innumerable in that land where there is no parting, no pain, no sickness. The aged mother of the deceased was with her when the end came, having been telegraphed for. Another home is sorrowing and desolate.
