Description	:	Mrs. Sarah Rayfield, well-known resident, and wife of the late Wm. A. Rayfield, died at her home on the State Road Monday morning. Death was due to complications. She had been confined to her bed for three weeks, and was 79 years of age at her passing. She was the daughter of the late William Johnson and Julia Ann Holland Johnson, of Crisfield. Mrs. Rayfield is survived by two sons, Clifton and Horace Rayfield, of Washington, D.C., two step-children, Mrs. Nelia McCready and Mrs. Iona Ward, who live in the Mariners community. The services were conducted by Rev. C. M. Elderdice. Interment was beside the body of her husband in the private family cemetery.
