Description	:	Mrs Sarah E McLarnan, wife of Thomas McLarnan, and old resident of this city and Liscomb, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs Roy B Brown, in Des Moines, at 1:20 o'clock this morning of arterial clerosis. Mrs McLarnan had suffered with the disease for two years. After the family moved to Liscomb Mrs McLarnan became worse, and a few weeks ago she was brought to the Soldier's Home Hospital for treatment. Mrs McLarnan had suffered with the disease for two years. After the family moved to Liscomb Mrs McLarnan became worse, and a few weeks ago she was brought to the Soldier's Home Hospital for treatment. Even more recently she was removed to the home of her daughter in Des Moines. Mrs McLarnan's maiden name was Sarah Elizabeth Rolston. She was born in Knox county, Ohio, April 7, 1848, and became the wife of Mr McLarnan November 22, 1860. Had Mrs McLarnan lived until that date of this year she and her husband would have celebrated the fifty-third anniversary of their marriage. Mr and Mrs McLarnan came to Marshall county in 1868. They lived at Liscomb for a time, then moved to this city, where they remained for many years. About two years ago they returned to Liscomb. They were the parents of two daughters, one of whom died when she was young. The remaining daughter, Mrs Brown and the husband survive Mrs McLarnan. Two brothers, S H Rolston of Liscomb and William Rolston of Millwood, Ohio, and one sister, Mrs John Roney of Pasadena, California, also survive Mrs McLarnan. Mrs McLarnan has been a member of the Christian church since 1861, and the funeral will be held from the church of that denomination in Liscomb Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock.
