Description	:	Miss Jennie S. Johnston died early Sunday morning at her home, 209 South Central avenue, after a few hours illness. The cause of death was pneumonia. Miss Johnston had been in her usual health until Saturday forenoon. On Friday afternoon she attended the meeting of the Woman's Missionary society, and on Saturday morning was about the house attending to her household duties when she complained of feeling unwell. Miss Johnston had been in her usual health until Saturday forenoon. Miss Johnston was well known, having spent her entire life in Canonsburg and vicinity. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church and always was active in church work. She was a daughter of the late Robert Johnston, of North Strabane township. She is survived by two brothers and one sister, Robert, of North Strabane township; James of Pittsburg, and Miss Mary of Canonsburg, with whom she lived. She was aged 70 years. The funeral services will be held at her late home 200 South Central, avenue, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be private at a later hour in Oak Spring cemetery.
