Description	:	Wet Mountain Tribune Westcliffe, Colorado July 11, 1913 Life's Labor Ended Sarah Parsons was born in Pawlett, England, June 16, 1845, and died at her home in Wet Mountain Valley, July 2, 1913, after a very brief illness of heart failure. She was married to John Jones in England and to this union were born twelve children, seven boys and five girls, ten of whom survive. She was married to John Jones in England and to this union were born twelve children, seven boys and five girls, ten of whom survive. The deceased was a very estimable lady and an able helpmate to her husband in providing for and rearing their large family of children. She was a devoted wife and a kind and loving parent and her ever pleasant smile will be missed not only to the relatives but to the community in which she resided for so many years. Besides the husband and the following children, all grown, survive Frank and Charles Jones of Shell, Wyoming, Mrs. August Ackelbein of Loveland, Colo., Mrs. F. A. Diez of Malachite, Colo., Mrs. H. M. Ulsh of Collbran, Colo., Mrs. Harry Schwab, Mrs. Goddard, Frank William Jones, John Jones, Jr., and Jos. Jones, the last five named of whom all reside in this valley. The funeral was held at the home in the valley last Sunday morning, Rev. J. G. Blake of Canon City officiating and the attendance was very large.
