The kindness shown to him causes him to mourn Mrs. FIKE's death as deeply as tho she were his real mother. "Sarah KIMMEL, daughter of John M. and Elizabeth (MILLER) KIMMEL, was born Jan. 22, 1858, in Somerset county Pennsylvania. In 1879, when she was 21 years old, Sarah KIMMEL moved to Orange township, On Feb. 22, 1882, she was married to Samuel FIKE in Waterloo by the late Rev. Jacob A. MURRAY, a minister of the Church of the Brethren. "Mr. and Mrs. FIKE celebrated their fifty-fourth wedding anniversary last Washington's birthday. "Five Brothers, Sisters." "Surviving besides he husband, son and daughters listed above are five grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: Harvey KIMMEL and Miss Emma KIMMEL, Somerset, Pa.; Mrs. Rebekah FRIEDLINE, Sipesville, Pa.; Mrs. Elizabeth PHILLIPPI, Bucklin, Kan.; G. W. KIMMEL, Hancock, Minn. "Mrs. FIKE was a member of South Waterloo Church of the Brethren, of which W. H. YODER is pastor. "The body was taken to the PETERSEN Brothers funeral home. "Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of the Brethren in Orange Center, conducted by Rev. J. E. MILLER, Elgin, Ill., assisted by Rev. W. O. TANNREUTHER. Marvin GRADY, Lawrence GRADY, Vernon MILLER, Kenneth KNOP, Donald HAMER and Glenn BRONSON will act as bearers.
