The original creator of this memorial believed that Sarah or Sally was buried in Mt. Horeb Church cemetery in Orange County, Indiana, without a stone or with just a field stone. No records have been found to verify. In July of 2019, I found the site of the original Mt. Horeb church which is on private property and sadly deteriorated. As of this date, we have not found a stone, but many are down and buried by vegetation. It is likely that she was buried at the first church because her husband Hutchings was one of the first burials at the current Mt. Horeb Church in Orange County.

She lived in Ashe Cty NC (now Alleghy Cty 1859) for a few years with her husband as her first 3 children were born there and then moved to Indiana before 9/13/1827 when her 4th child was born in Indiana.
