Read More	Obituary From Ottumwa Daily Courier, Tuesday, December 30, 1958, Page 9: Mrs. Selma May Dale, 78, of 324 North Washington street, died at 1:30 p.m. Monday at her home. The daughter of Lee and Sarah Henness, she was born August 20, 1880, in Wapello county. Most of her life she lived in Davis county and in the Blakesburg neighborhood. She had lived in Farson several years and in Ottumwa the last two years. She was a member of the Methodist church. Mrs. Dale was married January 19, 1902, to William O. Dale who died July 8, 1957. Surviving are a half-brother, Charles Hennes [sic] of Fairfield and a half-sister, Mrs. Lou Holmes of Kenosha, Wis. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Jay funeral home. The Rev. Lester Greenwood, pastor of the Wesley Methodist church, will be in charge. Burial will be in the Shaul cemetery.
