Description	:	Sharon Elaine (Schlecht) Hibler, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, daughter and friend, passed away with her family by her side on March 4, 2021 at the age of 78. She was born at Fallon County Hospital in Baker, Mt on June 15, 1942. She grew up in Baker with her parents and sister and after 12 years of schooling, graduated from Baker High School in 1960. Read More	Sharon Elaine (Schlecht) Hibler, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, daughter and friend, passed away with her family by her side on March 4, 2021 at the age of 78. She was born at Fallon County Hospital in Baker, Mt on June 15, 1942. She grew up in Baker with her parents and sister and after 12 years of schooling, graduated from Baker High School in 1960. Sharon worked at Baker Hospital as a nurse's aid from 1960 – 1962, then followed her parents and along with her sister, moved to Seattle, Wa in June 1962. She then worked at Swedish Hospital, again as a nurse’s aid until1967 and then later at Seattle Head and Neck Clinic from 1967 until 1969. In 1969 she met and married the love of her life, Robert J Hibler, Jr. After marriage they lived in Juneau, Ak where she gave birth to her first two children (Rob & Sondra), then moved to Bainbridge Island, Wa in December of 1972, where 4 years later, she gave birth to her youngest son, Matt. In 1980 the family moved back up North to Juneau, then afterwards, to Ketchikan, Ak. In 1985. In June of 1990 they made their home in Lewiston, Id where Sharon returned to her desire to care for others working at Sueberts and got her nursing assistant certification in 1994 to care for a special needs child, whom she cared for like one of her own. Sharon and Robert moved next to Troy, Id. in 1999 where Sharon continued to work for Sueberts caring for various clients with in-home care needs for a total of over 10 years, until their final move to Burlington, Wa. in 2015 to be closer to family. Sharon was a member of the Rebekah Lodge starting in June 1970 and was active up until at least 1991. She held various positions within the organization such as Noble Grand and Past Noble Grand as well as various committee chair’s. Sharon is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert and both of her parents, John Schlecht and Adele G. (Rost) Schlecht. She is survived by her sister Patrica A. Schlecht of Burlington, Wa and her three children, Robert J. Hibler lll (Lisa) of Bow, Wa., Sondra E. Hibler and Matthew J. Hibler both of Maple Valley, Wa. She is also survived by a grandson, DeAndre M. Hibler, and granddaughter Haley Cooper.
